Whilst I mainly work within a 25 mile radius of Banbury / Brackley, it is not unknown for me to travel further afield for some projects.
Being a small practice, my fees are very competative and I am normally able to act swiftly to your instructions.
I start with an initial consulation with you at your property, where we will go through you project, I will offer my advice and thoughts at no cost to yourself. I will then prepare a bespoke fee proposal for you, outlining my services and costs based on your brief.

PLANNING DRAWINGS
I have prepared countless number of drawings for single storey rear extensions on a dwelling, the current trend is to have either a lean-to roof with roof lights, or a flat roof with a large glazed roof lantern installed on top. However there are times when these are not the right solutions and i prepare other ideas for my clients, below are three examples. More often than not this type of rear extension on a dwelling is Permitted Development (PD) meaning that is does not require any planning permission. However, it is recommended that you obtain a Certificate of Lawful Development.
